North Yorkshire Estate Agency, Ewemove York, has strengthened its team with the appointment of two new associates.
Jonathan Dawson, a former retail manager, and Simon Burbridge, a former operations manager, who also previously ran his own business, have joined as the latest ‘Lambs’ in the York office of the rapidly-growing business.
Ewemove York director, Samantha Haskins, says: “I am very excited by the addition of our two new members, Jonathan Dawson and Simon Burbridge. They are both customer-focused and bring valuable knowledge and skills that will help fuel business growth. The future looks bright with them on board.”
In 2015, Ewemove York handled a total of £12.384m homes and sold them for £12.309m – 99.4 per cent of the asking price. According to market analysts, Hometrack, Ewemove York achieved a 2.2 per cent return above the national average for its sellers. Nationally, Ewemove had 39 branch areas in 2014 which has grown to 81 branch areas in 2015.
Ewemove York is based at York Business Park, Nether Poppleton, York, which is a local sales and lettings agency.
