Bradford Chamber announces guest speaker at this year’s Annual Dinner

The Bradford Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce this year’s Bradford Chamber Annual Dinner will take place at the iconic Midland hotel located in the heart of the city on November 22nd.

This year’s event will not only bring together the key figures in Bradford’s bustling business community but in attendance will be guest speaker Gyles Brandreth, actor, author, broadcaster and former Conservative MP.

Gyles’ television talent is undeniable, appearing in a variety of shows from ‘Countdown’, to ‘Have I Got News for You’. Having impressed crowds on stage with his uplifting portrayals of some of the nation’s favourite pantomime characters he has also garnered a reputation as a renowned after-dinner speaker.

Bradford Chamber of Commerce President Nick Garthwaite said:

“We have taken huge strides this year improving on our already excellent engagement with the cities business community. From the Employment Land Report to the upcoming Bradford Manufacturing Week and Raising the Bar Awards, we have worked closely with key figures in Bradford’s leading organisations to help connect support and represent the best of Bradford.

Support like that of the Dinner’s sponsors Business Enterprise Fund, Sovereign Health Care, TL Dallas and of course Christeyns is crucial to the success of the work the Chamber does in the community. With that support and Gyles’ unique brand of presenting this year’s Annual Dinner promises to be an excellent celebration of the work done in the city region over the course of the year.”

Nicolas Kendall, Head of Marketing for Business Enterprise Fund said:

“BEF is proud to sponsor the Bradford Chamber Annual Dinner once again; our continued support is recognition of the close ties BEF and the Chamber share with businesses in the region.”
